The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3 p.m. Tuesday:
• Petit larceny up to $500 — Tash Lashunda Newell, 28, 7455 Lizelia Road Lamco Apartment, Marion
• Murder — Taboris Sanchez Tamayo, 23, 2108 26th Ave.
• Domestic violence simple assault —Michael Gregory Davis, 27, 11245 Townsend Byrd Road, Collinsville. Davis is also charged with probation violation.
• Simple assault causing bodily injury, neglect — James Earl Briggs, 28, 5550 Omitted Road. Briggs is also charged with simple assault by threat.
• Sale of cocaine — Ramonda Rene Boyd, 39, 2806 Seventh St.
• Domestic violence simple assault — Timothy John Allen, 36, 3707 Causeyville Road, Chunky
• Possession of marijuana less than one ounce — Tina Denison, 48, 5950 Highway 11 South, Enterprise
• Contempt of court — Giezre M. Perez-Pech, 27, 110 Dabbs Avenue, Apartment 4, Quitman
