Services for Rufus “Baby Ruth” Edwards will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Porterville with the Rev. Carey McDonald officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Edwards, of Meridian and formerly of Porterville, died Monday, April 20, 2009, at Riley Memorial Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother.

Visitation will be Friday, from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
