Olivia Randall, 8, of Meridian, recently won the Little Miss East Central Mississippi Pageant held in Philadelphia on Feb. 15. She also earned the title of Most Photogenic. Olivia is an honor roll student at Poplar Springs Elementary School. She is the daughter of David and Penny Randall of Meridian.
