Livingston, Ala. attorney arrested

Bob Seale of Livingston, Ala., an attorney and city judge for Livingston and York, is out of jail after posting bond following his arrest Wednesday morning for theft of property.

Livingston Police Chief Ashley Wellborn said this afternoon Seale was arrested after the case was turned over to his department from District Attorney Greg Griggers office. Wellborn said Seale is acussed of stealing approximately $80,000 from a client over a four year period.
