PHILADELPHIA – Services for Nellie Luke Cook will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ron Schwake and Ray Luke officiating. Burial will be in Coy Methodist Cemetery in Preston.

Ms. Cook, 94, of Philadelphia, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2009, at Mississippi Care Center of DeKalb. She was a member of Coy United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sister, Rachel Nance of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be today, from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
