BUTLER— Services for Senator Wallace “Pat” Henry Lindsey III will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Butler with the Rev. Carl Stegall officiating. Burial will be in Butler City Cemetery. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Senator Lindsey, 72, of Butler, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009, in Boligee. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his son, Patrick Lindsey; a daughter, Lori L. Champion; one sister and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be today from 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
