The Meridian IHOP restaurant will offer a free short stack of their world-famous buttermilk pancakes in the hopes that guests will make a donation to the Batson Children’s Hospital. The pancakes will be available Tuesday, March 7 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., at the IHOP on Frontage Road.
For the past 11 years, IHOP® Restaurants has presented National Pancake Day, which has raised $24 million for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and other local charities.
