The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Monday:
• Receiving stolen property/two counts – Jason Mark Busby, 36, 2286 Old Wire Road, Meridian. Busby is also charged with insurance card law in the vehicle, switched tag/license plate, false ID information.
• Fleeing and eluding in a motor vehicle – Johnathan Lamar Jerome Price, 40, 3009 Willow Drive, Meridian.
• Forgery/uttering – Sylvia Dickinson, born in 1984, 8999 Cook Road, Bailey. Dickinson is also charged with petit larceny.
• Shoplifting – Demonte Norwood, born in 2000, 313 2nd Ave., York, Ala.
• Giving false information – Michael C. Branch, born in 1977, 6209 Oakland Park St., Meridian.
• Domestic violence – Tytian Jenkins, born in 1996, 2427 4th Ave. Apt. 17A, Meridian.
• Telephone harassment – Christopher Grady, born in 1989, 49 Helen Bolden Road, DeKalb. Grady is also charged with simple assault/threat.

• Giving false information – Donald Naylor, born in 1979, 2017 11th St., Meridian. Naylor is also charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.
• Possession of marijuana – Eddie C. Clayton, born in 1959, 1318 19th St. A-8, Meridian.
• Trespassing – Jason M. Busby, born in 1982, 2286 Old Wire Road, Meridian. Busby is also charged with shoplifting.

• DUI/first offense – Jonathan L. Price, born in 1978, 3009 Willow Drive, Meridian. Price is also charged with domestic violence.
• Disorderly conduct – Shamekia Norwood, born in 1990, 2018 19th St., Meridian. Norwood is also charged with shoplifting.
• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – Khari Barnes, born in 1988, 3409 55th Place, Meridian.

• Meridian Police responded to 15 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on the scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
