On the heels of an NJCAA national title, six East Mississippi Community College football players were named to the NJCAA All-American team.

EMCC wide receiver Dontario Drummond was selected to the first-team offense, while running back Deon McIntosh was selected to the second-team offense. Offensive lineman LaQuinston Sharp also made the second-team offense, and defensive lineman Everitt Cunningham made the second-team defense.

Quarterback Messiah deWeaver was named honorable mention on offense, and former Kemper County standout DJ Clayton was named honorable mention on special teams as a return specialist.
