  • Commercial burglary — 2300 block of N. Frontage Rd. at 11:57 p.m.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday.

  • Failure to comply with requests of officer
  • Contempt of court for failure to pay fine
  • Grand larceny
  • Violation of seat belt law, driving with suspended/revoked driver’s license, failure to maintain liability insurance and failure to pay
  • Controlled substance violations and failoure to pay
  • Contributing to the neglect or delinquency and willful trespass

  • DUI fourth and subsequent, contempt of court for failure to pay fine and contempt of court for failure to comply with court order
  • Contempt of court for failure to pay fine
