103 YEARS OLD

: Mrs. Cynthia Ola Radford Coleman Friend of Marion celebrated her 103rd birthday with family and friends. A life this long deserves a long celebration so the celebration began on Sunday, April 22, 2018, with recognition from her St. Peter United Methodist Church family. Mrs. Friend been a member of St. Peter since the age 9. The celebration continued with a family dinner, plus cards, gifts and visits all during the week, ending with a grand cookout at her home on Sunday April 29, 2018. The gatherings were filled with laughter, memories and love with eight of her 12 children (three of whom are deceased). Mrs. Friend’s life is blessed and when asked why, her response was, “Do what the Lord says do.”
