The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday:

• Aggravated assault – Allied Latray Rush Jr., born in 1998, 3614 24th St., Meridian. Rush is also charged with two counts of shooting into a vehicle.

• Shoplifting – Jamarius White, born in 1997, 100 Byram Drive, Meridian.

• Trespassing – Bradford Caldwell, born in 1990, homeless.

• Shoplifting – Charleca S. Powell, born in 1995, 9214 21st St., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Jessica M. Smith, born in 1996, 5020 Fox Road, Meridian.

• Public drunk – Luther H. Lewis, born in 1954, 1715 44th Ave., Gulfport.

• Public drunk – Demetrius Welch-Ford, born in 1979, 130 Beatle Road, Lisman, Ala.

• Trespassing – Jamillian M. Benamon, born in 1990, 6565 Hwy. 21 N., Preston. Benamon is also charged with simple assault/threat.

• Petit larceny – Curtis Scott, born in 1976, 2608 17th St., Meridian. Scott is also charged with larceny/trespassing.

• Public drunk – Timothy Davis, born in 1992, 1705 Old Marion Road, Meridian.

• Petit larceny – Andreal Bridges, born in 1983, Relax Inn Rm 135, Meridian. Bridges is also charged with willful trespassing, malicious mischief, trespassing.

• Possession of marijuana – Demarcus Shannon, born in 1977, 6112 Oakland Heights St., Meridian. Shannon is also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

• Driving under the influence – Semajj A. Collins, born in 1987, 618 52nd Ave., Meridian.

• Child neglect/three counts – Jessica C. Manis, born in 1994, 1427 Will Wright Road, Meridian.

• Trespassing – Timothy Davis, born in 1992, 1705 Old Marion Road, Meridian.

• DUI – Dwayne F. Scott, born in 1997, 3755 Corley St., Beaumont, Texas.

• DUI/other – Linda D. Tingle, born in 1964, 3719 Davis St. Apt. 2, Meridian.

• Trespassing – Brandon Chaney, born in 1985, 2428 Old Marion Road A-1, Meridian.

• Public drunk – Charles Maxie, born in 1968, 904 27th Ave., Meridian. Maxie is also charged with disorderly conduct.

• DUI – Milton Clayton, born in 1959, 10691 Antioch Road, Lauderdale.

• Disorderly conduct – Anthony D. McDonald, born in 1973, 10237 Hillview Drive,Daleville. McDonald is also charged with resisting arrest, domestic violence.

Commercial burglary

• 200 block of Bonita Road at 6:14 p.m.

Auto burglary

• 100 block of Hwy. 11/80 at 4:35 p.m.

Residential burglary

• 1900 block of Old Marion Road at 7 p.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 9 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday.

• Possession of marijuana over 1 oz. with intent to distribute – Antonio Hearn, 616 55th Ave., Meridian.

• Felony DUI – Harold Dewayne Brewster, 115 29th Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of cocaine – Marguita McCoy, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of counterfeit notes – Ronnie Lee Jenkins, 364 Jeffery Acres Rd., Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana – Thomas Lucretius McCoy, 1408 Chardin Drive, Marietta, Ga.

• DUI/first – Andrew James Simmons, 51466 Promenade Lane, New Baltimore, Michigan.

• DUI/first – Darren Kelly Boston, 1512 10th Ave., Meridian. Boston is also charged with careless driving, child endangerment, obstruction of public roadway.

• DUI/first – Willie James Silliman, 8607 Cobb Road, Lauderdale. Silliman is also charged with no driver’s license, no insurance.

• Domestic violence – Corey Lee Homan, 6720 Pine Springs Road, Meridian.

• Domestic violence – Jose Gomez, 6720 Pine Springs Road, Meridian.

• DUI/first – Jimmie Lee Gathright, 1619 29th Ave., Meridian. Gathright is also charged with speeding.

• DUI/first – Matthew L. Miller, 12919 Rocky Ridge Road, Collinsville.

• No driver’s license – Lynne M. Hoffer, 2977 Rob Sims Road, Meridian.

• No driver’s license – Shelby Wheat, 11521 Old 80 W., Meridian.

• No driver’s license – Jarmonta Jamal Lanier, 5805 Richard Johnson Road, Toomsuba. Lanier is also charged with no insurance, seatbelt violation.

• No driver’s license – Kimberly McGowin, 2258 Long Creek Road, Meridian.

• Shooting into vehicle – Tirale O. Reed, 8157 B Lauderdale/Toomsuba Rd., Toomsuba.

• No driver’s license – Samudio Alvaro Guitierrez, 5421 Valley St., Meridian. Guitierrez is also charged with no insurance.

• DUI/second offense – Marco Seals, 107 71st Place, Meridian. Seals is also charged with no seatbelt, no insurance, disregard for traffic device, driving on wrong side of road, felony fleeing, no driver’s license, expired tag.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

• DUI/first – Romas Joseph Washington, 8809 N. 13th St., Meridian. Washington is also charged with speeding, no driver’s license.

• DUI/first – Curtis Roosevelt Davis, 17860 Chunky Duffee/Little Rock. Davis is also charged with speeding.

• Disregard for traffic device – Frederick Lyn Sumrall, 2621 E. Green Loop Road, Lauderdale. Sumrall is also charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, failure to yield for emergency vehicle, no insurance.
