The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Tuesday through Friday.

Commercial burglary — 1900 block of 23rd Avenue at 7:55 a.m.
Feb 4

Commercial burglary — 500 block of Bonita Lakes Drive at 10:50 a.m.
Auto burglary — 500 block of Azalea Drive at 8:59 a.m.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Friday.

Controlled substance-possession with intent to sell/transfer/distribute
Controlled substance violations x2 and controlled substance-possession with intent to sell/transfer/distribute
Compulsory school attendance requirement
DUI other substance first offense, failure to maintain liability insurance and expired tag
Feb 4

DUI first offense, failure to maintain liability insurance, no/expired driver’s license and disobedience of traffic control devices-stop sign
Possession of methamphetamine
Contempt of court for failure to appear or complete jury service
DUI other substance first offense
Willful trespass and failure to comply with requests of officer
Feb 5

Foreign warrant; fugitive; holding
Possession of methamphetamine
Controlled substance-possession with intent to sell/transfer/distribute, disorderly conduct: interfering with lawful order and resisting/obstructing arrest
