Hodges assists at State Capitol

Boston Hodges of Meridian served as a page for the Mississippi Senate.  Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Boston is pictured with Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann and Sen. Rod Hickman, who sponsored his visit. Boston is the son of Teresa and Kip Hodges and attends Meridian High School. When asked about the week, Boston said, “I enjoyed learning about how bills are proposed and eventually passed or not passed in the committee hearings. I was able to sit in during a few committee meetings where I was able to overhear our senators debate a variety of bills.”
