Children mark America 250 with Declaration signing

Local children and families came out to the Meridian Railroad Museum on Thursday to sign a copy of the Declaration of Independence as part of the Museum’s programming for the 250th anniversary of America’s founding. Children were able to sign their names on the historic document before visiting the museum’s railroad displays and models and taking a ride on the miniature train.
