Attorney General Lynn Fitch unveiled the free AGO in Action mobile app on Friday that connects Mississippians with important resources offered through the Attorney General’s Office. The app allows users to locate naloxone across the state, learn more about the Attorney General’s initiatives, report robocalls and more.
The AGO in Action app serves as a one-stop resource for Mississippians. Through its platform, users can find free naloxone, report scams, access consumer protection resources, and stay informed about what the Attorney General’s Office is doing to serve Mississippi. Users can also enroll to receive updates and alerts on upcoming trainings, public events, and summits hosted by the Attorney General’s office.
“AGO in Action is about meeting people where they are and making sure they have access to the resources they need, when they need them,” said Fitch. “Whether someone is looking for naloxone, reporting robocalls, or looking for information on an Attorney General’s Office initiative, our new app puts information right at their fingertips.”
Consumer Protection
Mississippi consumers can learn how to spot and avoid scams, stop unwanted robocalls, and find resources on how to protect their families in this digital age.
Locating Free Naloxone
Mississippians can search for where to find free Naloxone, a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids, including heroin and fentanyl, across the State.
Law Enforcement
With a tab just for them, Mississippi’s law enforcement community can find upcoming trainings hosted by the Attorney General’s Office, refer to the Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking reference guides, and access both the Domestic Violence and Protection Order Registries.
The AGO in Action app is available for free download on both Apple and Android devices.
