Email services for the City of Meridian are temporarily down due to a software update, city officials announced Wednesday.

In a statement, city leadership said the city’s information technology team is working to move email to a new software, making email unavailable during the swap.

“The City of Meridian’s email system is currently unavailable as we transition to a new software,” the city announced. “Our IT team is diligently working to complete this transition as soon as possible.”

Residents needing to get in touch with city departments or staff are encouraged to call or visit the city’s website, meridianms.org/contact.
