The City of Meridian Public Works Department has issued a boil water notice for the area from Virginia Drive to Church Avenue up to A Street.

All drinking water should be boiled vigorously for one minute before consumption in areas under the notice. Another notice will be issued when testing requirements have been met, which should be in a few days, city official said.
