GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — According to a report by the school’s student newspaper, Florida men’s basketball coach Todd Golden is facing allegations of sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking and cyberstalking multiple women — including students — over the past 12 months. The paper cited a copy of a Title IX complaint against Golden, dated Sept. 27. Florida officials had no immediate comment when reached by the AP on Friday.

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — A flight carrying the No. 11 Auburn men’s basketball team was grounded shortly after takeoff on Friday after two players got into a fight onboard, according to multiple reports. WBRC-TV obtained audio of the pilot telling air traffic controllers that two players “got into a physical altercation” and “clothes were ripped.” The Tigers were heading to Houston, where they were scheduled to play the fourth-ranked Cougars on Saturday. ESPN also reported the altercation and said a replacement flight departed Friday night. Auburn is in its 11th season under coach Bruce Pearl.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — Tamar Bates scored 17 points, Mark Mitchell added 16 and Missouri defeated Howard 77-62. Missouri led by 12 at halftime but it took a late second-half run to put the game away. The Tigers’ lead was only 61-57 after Howard’s Marcus Dockery drilled a 3-pointer with 4 1/2 minutes to go in the second half. After the teams traded baskets, Missouri went on an 11-0 run capped by a 3-pointer from Bates. The Tigers led 74-59 heading to the final minute and Anthony Robinson II, who finished with 13 points, made 3 of 4 free throws to wrap up the win. Dockery led Howard with 14 points.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Freshman guard Tre Johnson scored 28 points and No. 19 Texas defeated Houston Christian 90-59. Arthur Kaluma added 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Longhorns, who began pulling away with a 15-0 run that started late in the first half. Chendall Weaver had 12 points, five rebounds and three steals. Kadin Shedrick finished with 10 points, six rebounds and four blocks. Johnson shot 5 of 8 on 3-pointers and made several aggressive driving shots. Julian Mackey led Houston Christian with 20 points. Bryson Dawkins added 13.

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) — Dre Davis scored 13 points, Sean Pedulla added 12 points and four assists and No. 24 Mississippi rallied from a 12-point second half deficit to hold off Grambling State 66-64 Friday night. Ole Miss used a 20-0 second-half run to take a 47-39 lead, but Grambling State cut it to 64-63 on two free throws by Mikale Stevenson with 4 seconds left. Jaylen Murray was fouled and made two free throws for a 3-point lead, and the Rebels fouled to prevent the Tigers from attempting a 3-pointer at the buzzer. Murray scored 10 points for the Rebels.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — Zhuric Phelps scored 18 points in his Texas A&M debut, Manny Obaseki and Henry Coleman III each added 14 and the 13th-ranked Aggies beat East Texas A&M 87-55. Texas A&M bounced back Friday night after losing at Central Florida on Monday in its season opener. Phelps, an SMU transfer, missed that game with a hand injury. Hayden Hefner added 13 points for Texas A&M and Wade Taylor had 10. The Aggies led 50-24 at halftime. Scotter Williams Jr. scored 12 points for East Texas A&M, which changed its name from Texas A&M-Commerce on Thursday.

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Flau’jae Johnson had 24 points and seven rebounds as No. 7 LSU blew out Northwestern State 95-36. Mikaylah Williams added 16 points, Kailyn Gilbert had 13 and Aneesah Morrow 11 for the Tigers. Vernell Atamah had nine points and seven rebounds for Northwestern State. The Lady Demons scored 20 points in the final three quarters.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Jacobi Wright hit four 3-pointers and scored 20, Collin Murray-Boyles finished with 19 points and a career-high 16 rebounds, and South Carolina cruised to an 86-64 victory over South Carolina State on Friday. Wright made seven of his 10 shots from the floor, including 4 of 7 from beyond the arc, for South Carolina (1-1). Murray-Boyles hit 7 of 8 shots and 4 of 5 from the free-throw line, adding four assists. It was the sophomore’s first double-double after collecting two — in back-to-back games — last season. Jamarii Thomas scored 14 on 5-for-8 shooting for the Gamecocks. Zachary Davis pitched in with 10 points, six rebounds and four assists. Michael Teal had 11 points to lead South Carolina State (1-1).
