Law Enforcement Reports for July 16

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.

July 12

  • Foreign warrant; fugitive; holding
  • Contempt of court for failure to pay fine and DUI fourth and subsequent
  • Foreign warrant; fugitive; holding

  • Failure to pay

July 13

  • Contempt of court for failure to appear or complete jury service and failure to pay
  • Improper equipment on vehicle or trucks, no/expired driver’s license and failure to maintain liability insurance
  • Improper lane passing and no/expired driver’s license
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI first offense, lighting equipment requirements, failure to maintain liability insurance and driving with suspended/revoked driver’s license
  • Violation of seat belt law, driving with suspended/revoked driver’s license and failure to maintain liability insurance
  • DUI first offense, no turn signal, no/expired driver’s license and failure to maintain liability insurance
  • Driving on wrong side and no/expired driver’s license
