Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

  • Posted land, entering without permission
  • Contempt of court for failure to pay fine

Oct 17

  • Probation violation
  • Probation violation
  • Controlled substance: illegal possession and controlled substance violations
  • Failure to pay

Oct 18

  • DUI first offense, lighting equipment requirements and failure to maintain liability insurance
  • Kidnapping and rape

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents from Tuesday through Wednesday.

Oct 17

  • Petit larceny — Causeyville Rd.
  • Non-reportable wreck — Officers Lake Rd.
