MCM-Meridian’s Boo!seum is a great way to celebrate the season for young children.
Attendees can come dressed as their favorite superhero, princess or silly monster and participate in a costume contest with giveaways planned for the winners. They can then join in all of the festive activities planned for the day.
They can take part in a Halloween scavenger hunt or listen to spooky tales in the library exhibit. They can make monster slime and creepy-crawly crafts, or boogie down at glow-in-the-dark dance parties. Boo!seum guests can also celebrate the autumn spirit with outdoor games such as pumpkin bowling, ring toss, cornhole, giant Jenga and face painting.
Food trucks will be on site to provide concessions, and festive holiday and fall photo opportunities will be available.
Boo!Seum is sponsored by Meridian Pediatric Dental Group. Tickets are $10 per person and included for those with a museum membership. For more information about the museum’s Halloween event, visit mcmmeridian.org.
