Meridian police are investigating the death of 15-year-old teenager.  

MPD Captain John Griffith said a preliminary investigation revealed that two teenagers were playing with a gun around 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. 

The 15-year old victim was shot by a 16-year-old, he said. The location of the shooting was not available. Police are determining if charges will be filed in the case, Griffith said.
