IDEA Managing Director, Debra Welhener, said that Master Tech exemplifies professionalism in the industry. “These are often large, potentially dangerous products if not properly installed, maintained and serviced,” Welhener said in a news release. “A garage door is the largest moving part in most homes, and while a great convenience and part of a home’s overall security, they can also do harm if improperly handled. Commercial doors are typically large and can be very heavy, so it’s important that these products be installed and maintained by trained, tested specialists, and Master Technicians represent the best in the industry.”
