The April meeting of the Suqualena Community Club was the club’s annual Sponsor’s Night.

Richard Grant presented the devotional and Jackie Fulton led the pledge to the flag.

Club president JoAnn Kimbrell welcomed guests. The club had 42 guests and 12 members present. Each table was decorated by different club members with the theme of “Spring.” The tables had flowers, birds and bird nests, birdhouses and one table had a beach scene.

After a potluck lunch, entertainment was presented by the Ladybugs, which performed old favorites such as “Tiptoe Through the Tulips,” “It Had To Be You,” “Bye Bye Blackbird” and “Pretty Baby.”

Door prizes were presented and the meeting adjourned.
