Robert T. “Bo” Bailey sworn in as 10th Circuit Court Judge

Bailey, whose father also served on the same bench, wore his father's robes for the brief ceremony. "I look forward to this year because I get to do what I said I was going to do... which is to serve justice impartially and fairly."
