Candy Crawl in Meridian Tuesday

The City of Meridian will sponsor the city’s annual Candy Crawl from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23 in downtown.
The festival will begin on City Hall’s lawn and participating downtown business will distribute candy, treats and more.
“We are very excited to bring this annual holiday event back to City Hall this year,” Meridian Mayor Percy Bland said in a news release. “The Candy Crawl is family-oriented festival that allows everyone to trick or treat in a fun, safe environment.”
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Activities include free pony rides, a petting zoo, rides and games, arts and crafts, an obstacle course and costume contest.
