• Noon – Cattle Call Cowboy Church will host a Ranch Rodeo and Bull Riding at the Lauderdale County Agri-Center. There will be a Kids Zone and Concessions available. All proceeds will go to Hope Village.

• 9 a.m.-10 a.m. – Mini Maestros – A program for toddlers and their caregivers, Mini Maestros will explore various art forms through crafts, stories, music and dramatic play. Free and open to the public. Registration required.

• 11 a.m. – Adult Craft (Magnetic Musical Gems) at the Meridian-Lauderdale County Public Library.

• 3-6 p.m. – The Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation is hosting a free helmet giveaway at its Meridian Office, 1003 College Drive. Bring your children (ages 3-12) and have them fitted.

• 5 p.m. – A Special Called meeting of the Board of Trustees of Meridian Public School District will be held at Meridian High School Multi-Purpose Bldg., located at 2320 32nd St.

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. – Symphony Fun Fest at Meridian Community College’s Ivey Bldg. Registration is limited, so please call the Meridian Symphony at 601-616-1585 or email msainterns@gmail.com. Fun Fest is a free day of learning about the magic of the orchestra.

• 4:30 p.m. – The Kemper County Forestry Association will meet at the MSU Ext. Office/Ruby Rankin Farmer’s Market Building, 587 Old Scooba Rd., DeKalb. • 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. – Meridian Housing Authority will host its Strong Family Initiative and Fun Festival Day at the Meridian Housing Authority’s Administrative Building, located at 2425 E. St., Meridian. The day will kick-off promptly at 8:30 a.m. with a two-mile run and one-mile fun walk. FMI: 601-482-5042.

• 10 a.m.-5 p.m. – The Teddy Bear Roll Ride hosted by Chunky River Harley-Davidson, 584 Bonita Lakes Dr., Meridian.
