Meridian Police Department

The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday:

• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor – Kenzavian Woodard, born in 2000, 1318 19th St. Apt. B3, Meridian.

• Domestic violence – Terreno M. Luckey, born in 1974, 301 63rd Place, C-85, Meridian.

• Petit larceny – Elizabeth Manns, born in 1981, 2357 Hwy. 19S, Meridian.

• Simple assault/threat – Jammie Kelly, born in 1977, 301 63rd Place, Meridian.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Claire Russell, born in 1992, 7512 Venus Heights Cir., Meridian. Russell is also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

• DUI/other – Joey Wade, born in 1999, 711 39th Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – Franklyn U. Radcliff, born in 1998, 31A Betts Radcliff Rd., Toomsuba. Radcliff is also charged with petit larceny.

Stolen vehicles

• 5500 block of North Hills St. at 9:36 p.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 2 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Thursday and 8:43 a.m. Friday.

• No driver’s license – Dekoyus Jajuan Daniels, 25, 1502 5th St., Meridian. Daniels is also charged with seat belt violation.

• No driver’s license – Jeffery O’Neil Gaines, 31, 2312 Front St. Apt. 1, Meridian.

• No driver’s license – Sally M. Gallegos, 37, 1249 Lebanon Church Road, Decatur.

• Burglary/commercial bldg. – Kendrick R. Holmes, 21, 50 Sheffield Drive, Pickens.

• Suspended driver’s license – Jazmin Shante Lynch, 29, 2112 16th Ave., Meridian. Lynch is also charged with improper equipment.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Stuart Lee McGowan, 32, 342 Chapel Hill Road, Meridian. McGowan is also charged with littering, careless driving.

• Possession of paraphernalia – Wallace Ray Ofield, 43, 476 Greenhill Road, Toomsuba. Ofield is also charged with reckless driving, no liability insurance, avoiding roadblock, improper equipment, failure to yield to blue light/siren.

• DUI/first offense – Jerry Wainwright Pritchett, 48, 9463 CR 32, Pine Hill, Ala. Pritchett is also charged with obstructing traffic.

• No driver’s license – Ronald Dewayne Scitz, 41, 10503 CR 353, Philadelphia.

• Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Tammi Kaye Wolverton, 30, 9024 E. Parkway N., Lauderdale.
