MCC first presidential search forum on Tuesday

The first of Meridian Community College’s presidential search forums is scheduled at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 24 at the McCain Fine Arts Theater on campus.

First up is Paul Miller, vice president at East Mississippi Community College.

MCC faculty/staff and community members will be able to hear a presentation by each finalist and ask questions, according to a college news release. The forums are open to anyone interested in learning more about the people interested in becoming MCC’s next president.

All of of the forums are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. on Tuesdays in MCC’s McCain Fine Arts Theater.

• May 8 – Ted Lewis, vice president at Pellissippi State College, Tennessee;

• May 15 – James D. (Don) Burnham, vice president at Holmes Community College;

• May 22 – Scott Alsobrooks, vice president at Pearl River Community College.

Each candidate will make remarks to the audience and take questions from the floor.
