An encore production of the Meridian High School play “Tell My Story: The Death of Emmett Till” will run Saturday and Sunday, part of the school’s Black History Month efforts.
Tickets for play at the Temple Theater in downtown Meridian will cost $10 for adults and $5 for anyone under 18-years-old with valid identification. Show times are 7 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The production first ran in late 2017 to critical acclaim. Randy Ferino Wayne Jr., who directs the theater club at Meridian High School, wrote the play. He also directs the band at Magnolia Middle School and is assistant band director at Meridian High School.
