This is the 19th year EMCC’s Welding & Fabrication Technology Department has hosted the event. The guest speaker was Stan Henn, who is a district manager with ITW Welding, which owns Miller Electric Mfg. Co., and Elga Welding Consumables. The students were treated to dinner and door prizes donated by local and national welding distributors were given away at the event to promote welding as a career path. Instructors with EMCC’s Engineering Technology Drafting & Design program and Machining program had booths set up as well.
