The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Wednesday:

• Contributing to neglect – Indya Powell, born in 1999, 803 29th Ave., Meridian.

• Driving under the influence – Michael Longmeier, born in 1955, 2208 41st St., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Vivian Jeffery, born in 1950, 7531 Hwy. 27, Vicksburg.

• Disorderly conduct – Simone Silliman, born in 1989, 907 42nd Ave., Meridian. Silliman is also charged with child restraint/two counts, no insurance, no driver’s license, careless driving.

• Public drunk – Emil Castignanie, born in 1984, homeless.

• Possession of marijuana – Valerijs Gudovskits, born in 1992, 363 Harper Dr., Meridian. Gudovskits is also charged with possession of paraphernalia, DUI, no insurance, careless driving, no tag.

• Simple assault/domestic – Brian Dixon, born in 1982, 3010 9th St., Meridian.

• DUI – Erin Bryant, born in 1980, 303 Inngdale B. Clovis, N.M.

• DUI – Anthony Brown, born in 1992, 1318 44th Ave., Meridian. Brown is also charged with disorderly conduct, reckless driving.

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Monday to Wednesday:

Auto burglary

• 500 block of Martin Luther King Drive at 10:33 a.m.

• 2100 block of 28th Ave. at 2:23 p.m.

• 800 block of 18th Ave. South at 3:04 p.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 3 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Tuesday and 8:43 a.m. Wednesday.

• Lustful touching of a child – Laderrick LaShawn Brown, 29, 1720 20th Ave., Meridian.

• Burglary/dwelling house – Alvin Lamar Davis, 19, 10415 Rabbit Road, Lot 61, Lauderdale.

• Probation violation/parole – Ladarius TraShawn Johnson, 27, 1317 27th Ave. Apt. B-2, Meridian.

• Robbery/threat to injure person at a later date – Hailey Brooke Laird, 26, 5044 Hwy. 145, Meridian.

• Fleeing and eluding in a motor vehicle – Clyde Otis Lewis, 35, 403 3rd Ave. C-2, Meridian.

• Trespassing – Eric Kade Loeber, 32, 3940 KOA Campground Road, Toomsuba. Loeber is also charged with simple assault/attempt to create fear, probation violation/parole.

• Failure to appear/five counts – Stanley Ray Shearer, 45, 921 Daleville Prismatic, Daleville.

• Failure to pay – Sherika Ameriandus Warren, 26, 3926 12th St., Meridian.

• Failure to register as a sex offender – Kenny Elmo Watkins, 56, 1511 13th Ave., Meridian.
