Two back-to-back blood drives in Meridian will give residents the opportunity to donate blood with the Mississippi Blood Services.

On Wednesday, Jan. 17, and Thursday, Jan. 18, Meridian Community College will host a public blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days. Donors can also donate blood at the Bonita Lakes Mall from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19.  

Donors at both events will receive a t-shirt while supplies last.

To donate, donors must have a valid ID, be 16 years of age or older and weigh at least 110 pounds. Minors must have a signed parental consent form, which is available at msblood.com.
