Null and Ferrer

St. Pauls Episcopal Church in New Orleans was the setting for the Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, wedding of Miss Whitnee Alise Null and Mr. Jordan Alexander Ferrer. The bridegroom’s father, the Rev. Gabriel Ferrer, conducted the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are John “Corky” Null of Meridian and Rob and Keela Smith of Bowling Green, Ky., and Gabriel and Debby Ferrer of Los Angeles, Calif.

Grandparents of the bride are the late Joe Hastings and the late Retha Hastings, and the late John Wesley and Mary Null, all of Meridian.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Pat and Shirley Boone of Los Angeles, and the late Rosemary Clooney and the late Jose Ferrer, both of Los Angeles.

Given in marriage by her parents, John “Corky” Null and Keela Smith, the bride wore a silk Mikado gown, complemented with a cathedral-length veil with hand-sewn embellishments. The gown and headpiece were by designer Carolina Herrera.

Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Hunter Kapree Null of Meridian. Bridesmaids were the sisters of the bridegroom, Dustin Ferrer Romano, Gabrielle Monserrate Ferrer and Tessa Rose Ferrer, all of Los Angeles.

Best men were James Grant Tinker and Mark Douglas McKeon, both of Los Angeles.

Groomsmen were Ryan Alexander King, Chris Jerrold Brandt and Jonathan Michael Kalter, all of Los Angeles.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Liliia Oliinyk, organist, and Iuliia Alyeksyeyeva, violinist.

A reception was held at Arnaud’s Restaurant in the French Quarter, with music provided by Bobby J and the Stuff Like That Band, an eight-piece New Orleans ensemble.

The couple resides in Los Angeles.
