The Vice President will talk with Marines and sailors Thursday afternoon, but will host no public events while in Meridian.

The Pences have three children: Michael, Charlotte and Audrey.

This is the Pences second consecutive Thanksgiving in Meridian.

They spent a few days in 2016 celebrating Thanksgiving with their son, Michael.

The family was spotted the day after Thanksgiving at Weidmann’s Restaurant in downtown Meridian, but made no formal public appearances.

He is the oldest of three children, with two younger sisters named Charlotte and Audrey.

Second Lady Karen Pence in March visited NAS-Meridian to recognize the sacrifices of military spouses.
