• 6:30 p.m. – “Be Our Guest Night” – All area high school students are invited to East Central Community College’s game between East Central Warriors and No. 13 ranked Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves in a Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges South Division Battle in Bailey Stadium on the ECCC campus in Decatur. It will also be Black Out Bailey night and all visiting students and Warrior fans are encouraged to wear black to the game. • 8 a.m. – The Queen City Race for Life & Street Strut will be at Dumont Plaza with registration to begin at 6:30 a.m. – 5K starts at 8 a.m., and 1 mile starts at 9 a.m. followed by the Street Strut and High Heel Dash. The race will begin and end at 500 22nd Ave. – 5K Run/Walk is $20 in advance and $25 the day of – High Heel Dash is $100 and Street Strut/Umbrella Decoration Contest is $5 in advance or $7 on race day. • 9 a.m.-4 p.m. – 27th annual Clarke County Forestry and Wildlife Festival at Archusa Water Park in Quitman. The event will include a Car and Truck Show, Kiddie-Land with new and exciting games, Arts and Crafts, live entertainment, bass tournament, equipment displays, a Mr. and Miss Clarke County pageant, and lots of food.
• 11 a.m.-3 p.m. – The Moose Lodge of Meridian will have a Poker Run starting at Chunky River Harley Davidson.
