The old location of Peavey Melody Music on 22nd Avenue is undergoing renovation. Owner Bob Luke said there is potential for business opportunities on the ground floor and apartment living upstairs. The building is about 18,000 square feet. “It’s still kind of up in the air,” Luke said. “But there are several different business entities going up.”
