Mr. and Mrs. Gene Holley of Macon announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel, to Kellon Lee, son of Mrs. Leslie Durham and Mr. Jeff Lee of St. Joseph, La.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at Circle M Plantation in Macon. Friends and family are invited to attend.
Miss Holley is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John B. Chatham and Mr. and Mrs. William (Bill) Joyner, all of Meridian, and the late Mr. Dave Holley of Macon.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Central Academy in Macon, and a graduate of East Mississippi Community College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Information Science. She received a master’s degree in Ag and Extension Education from Mississippi State University.
Miss Holley works as an affiliate with Cotton Inc. and NRCS as a Soil Health Research and Implementation Manager in Winnsboro, La.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. Ed Dandridge and Mrs. Faye Dandridge and Mrs. Sandra Lee and the late Mr. Sidney Lee, all of St. Joseph, La.
Mr. Lee is a graduate of Tensas Academy in St. Joseph, La., and a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in agronomy.
Mr. Lee is employed on his family farm, Lee Farm Partnership, in St. Joseph, La.
