The first trip went to Sinton, Texas to support Rockport/Ingleside/Aransas areas where the eye made landfall. We are planning the final Harvey trip Sept. 22 to Vidor, Texas and already have a good load started.
Thank you, Meridian for all you do for those that are in need after this disaster. If you want to assist in this trip, we are taking food and cleaning supplies. Call us at 601-282-5866.

Good Samaritans at Central Baptist
This past weekend many of escaped Irma by fleeing to your city. While there we attend the Sunday morning worship at Central Baptist Church on “C” Street. When they heard of our plight, they ran out after church bought scores of snacks, bottles of water, and other goodies. They called all the motels in town and distributed hundreds of bags of treats and dropped them off at the motels, which in turn gave them to folks there from Florida.

What a great group and how their act of support lifted all of our spirits. What a testimony of the good folks there in Meridian.
If you are looking for a home church, drop in there and be loved. We plan to return one day for a joyful visit. Thank you all at Central Baptist Church.
