Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday.

• Trespassing – Abraham Portis, born in 1971, 3146 E Cook Road. Portis is also charged with contempt of court/two counts.

• Disorderly conduct – Darren Houston, born in 1981, 2814 St. Andrew. Houston is also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

• Disorderly conduct – Latoria Hales, born in 1990, homeless.

Auto burglary

• 800 block of 29th St. at 8:57 p.m.

Meridian Police responded to 3 shots fired call but when Officers arrived on the scene, there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Wednesday and 8:43 a.m. Thursday.

• Probation violation/parole – James Dewayne Allen, 39, 3056 Hunter Ridge Road, Meridian.

• Probation violation/parole – Andre Ravon Avant, 21, 1501 East Young St., Longview, Texas.

• Probation violation/parole – Jerikos Sentrell Landrum, 33, 712 54th Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault – Damien Alexander Webb, 24, 5866 Jean Carr Road, Meridian.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Terrence Darrell Williams, 31, 3015 Ambherst St., Shreveport, La.
