The suspect in a Great Southern National Bank robbery Thursday at Bonita Lakes.

Police ask for the community’s help in locating a man involved in a Thursday afternoon bank robbery in Meridian.

Meridian Police Sgt. Dareall Thompson said a white man with a blue baseball cap driving a lightly damaged white Toyota Corolla entered a Great Southern National Bank near the Bonita Lakes Mall around 3:30 p.m.

“When he entered the business he didn’t display any weapon but he had a note,” Thompson said.

The man took an undisclosed amount of money, Thompson said.

Thompson said police would review video from the bank.
