Miss Jackson, Mr. Ennis

Mr. Charles and Mrs. Sherrie Jackson of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsie Lynn, to Turner Louis Ennis, son of Dr. Kevin and Mrs. Kimberly Ennis of Collinsville.

The wedding will be Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 6 p.m. at Bridlewood of Madison in Madison.

Miss Jackson is the granddaughter of Mr. Butch Marval of St. Louis, Mo., and the late Mrs. Carol Marval, and Mrs. June Jackson of Collinsville, Okla., and the late Mr. Charles Jackson.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Lamar High School and a 2015 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education.

While attending MSU, she was a member Delta Delta Delta sorority.

Miss Jackson is a second grade teacher at McLaurin Elementary School in Star.

Mr. Ennis is the grandson of Mrs. Jean Turner and the late Mr. Hershel Turner of Clinton and the late Mr. Donald and Mrs. Mae Ennis of Madison, Ala.

The bridegroom-elect is a 2011 graduate of West Lauderdale High School and a 2016 graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He graduated summa cum laude from MSU.

While attending MSU, Mr. Ennis was a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

Mr. Ennis is a chemical engineer at ExxonMobil in Beaumont, Texas.

Following a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Beaumont.
