Mr. and Mrs. James Chester Brewer Jr. of Shubuta are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Susanne, to Jordan Taylor Williams, son of Dr. Matthew Williams and Ms. Sharon Smith of San Antonio, Texas.

The couple will unite in marriage on Saturday, May 13, 2017, on the beach in San Pedro, Belize.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. James C. Brewer of Shubuta and the late Mr. Brewer, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Morris R. Jones of Quitman.

Miss Brewer attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received both her bachelor and master of science degrees in nutrition. 

Miss Brewer is a registered dietitian nutritionist and clinical nutrition manager at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. Miss Brewer is also a cross-training and cycle instructor at Pure Austin Fitness. 

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Rosalyn Williams of Wimberly, Texas, and the late Mr. Steve Williams, and the late Gerald and Margaret Allen of San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Williams graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor of arts degree in communications and master of business administration degree.

He is a software project manager for Exactly Corporation.
