Meridian Police Department

The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Tuesday and 8:43 a.m. Wednesday:

• Possession of marijuana – Russell Jonah Adams, 28, 2403 Hillcrest Drive, Meridian. Adams is also charged with receiving stolen property.

• Possession of morphine – Connie Telean Peters McAllister, 55, 2106 28th Ave., Meridian. McAllister is also charged with sale of methamphetamine and giving false ID information.

• Embezzlement – Amber Tinsley, born in 1988, 8831 Old Highway 19, Collinsville.

• Willful trespassing – Labria Brown, born in 1994, 6434 Chickasaw St., Marion.

• Driving under the influence (DUI) – Edward Moss, born in 1955, 918 47th Ave., Meridian. Moss is also charged with careless driving and no liability insurance.

Meridian Police responded to 2 shots-fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Tuesday and 8:43 a.m. Wednesday:

• Disturbance in public place – Roby Lametrius Curtis, 25, 2226 35th Ave., Meridian. Curtis is also charged with public profanity.

• Possession of methamphetamine – Scott Allen Kiley, 46, 117 Cuba Mills Lane, Mifflintown, Pa.

• Accessory after the fact, three counts – Brittany Koch, 28, 2226 Crabapple Drive, Meridian.

• Probation violation/parole – Laderrick Q. Rencher, 41, 7455 Lizelia Road, Marion.
