Donate blood and save lives at the United Blood Services annual MASH Bash on Wednesday, Dec. 28.

From 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., the UBS will play M.A.S.H. episodes in the Tommy Dulaney building at Meridian Community College and accept blood donations. 

Donors will receive a long-sleeved MASH Bash and a free movie ticket through UBS’ online rewards system. 

Donors will also be entered to win one of the grand prizes: a recliner from Ashley HomeStore and a sterlin silver bezel set ruby bracelet and pendant from LaBiche Jewelers.

Hourly prizes will be offered to donors from K Salon, Scarlet Cup Coffee House, Harry Mayer, Jean’s Restaurant, Sam’s Fashion and more. 

Additionally, the UBS will send a $3 donation directly to the American Cancer Society for each donor who selects the organization on the sign-in sheet. 

Polk’s Meats will provide Jambalaya and sausage dogs throughout the day, with desserts from Bimbo Bakeries and drinks from Coca-Cola.
