DECATUR – The East Central Community College Fine Arts Department will present its annual Fine Arts Christmas Spectacular on Nov. 29, at 7 p.m. in Huff Auditorium on campus.

The presentation is being held as part of the college’s Cultural Arts Series. Tickets are $10 per person. A reception will follow the performances in the Gold Room of Mabry Cafeteria.

The Christmas Spectacular serves as a fundraiser for the Cultural Arts Series and will feature performances by various East Central musical groups, including the Collegians rock-n-roll band, Concert Choir, Voce a cappella vocal ensemble, Wall O’ Sound Band, and various other ensembles. The Art Department will also present a visual display of various mediums.

The Cultural Arts Series brings performing artists and visual artists to the campus throughout the year for both East Central Community College students and the community, according to Chas Evans, ECCC Fine Arts Department chair, music/guitar instructor, and director of the Collegians.
