Vivian Carolyn Goodman

    Services for Vivian Carolyn Goodman will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Bucatunna Baptist Church, with the Rev. Grady Crowell and the Rev. Dr. Calvin Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Bucatunna Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Goodman, 88, of Meridian, was a retired supervisor for JCPenney. She loved to work in her flowers and she enjoyed all her grandchildren.  

    She is survived by her son, Stanley Goodman; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronnie Singley, Barbara Ann McGee and Bennie Singley; and multiple nieces and nephews.  

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Goodman; and sons, Timothy and Terry Goodman.  

    Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
