    PHILADELPHIA – Services for Tammie Diane Todd Savell will be today at 3 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Billy Henry officiating. Burial will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County. Mrs. Savell, 47, of Louisville, died Saturday, March 26, 2016, at her residence.
