    Graveside services for Lena Hall Hummel will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery.  

    Mrs. Hummel, 101, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Aldersgate Retirement Community. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her friends, but her most joy came from keeping her grandsons. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

    Survivors include her daughter, Mimi Welch; grandsons, Justin and John Welch; great-grandsons, Jack and Wyatt Welch; and nieces, Mallene Hall Conard, Jane

Cook Carignan and Ann Cook Bracket.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Adeline Hall; and five brothers and sisters.
